Purple Horror is now Purple Happy Hour

August 25, 2010

Up until yesterday, the Purple Horror web site was the best site for watching MonaVie distributors and critics duke it out. It’s been transformed, however, into what looks like a pro-MonaVie web site. That’s sad, because it was a good place to visit to hear both ridiculous claims about the juice and facts that critics brought to the table disputing the nutritional value of MonaVie.

With the apparent demise of Purple Horror, the best critical sites to visit on the subject of MonaVie are JuiceScam and MonaVie Scam. Both sites are run by finance blogger LazyMan and feature comments from supporters and critics.

So what did happen to the Purple Horror site? Who ran it and did the ownership change? Or was it initially intended as a sounding board for MonaVie proponents to spout their propaganda and the owner didn’t like that they were consistently beaten down with the truth?

    I’m curious.
