Orrin Woodward Will (No Longer) Speak Ill of Amway
According to this statement from Amway’s Steve Lieberman:
We are pleased to announce that Amway Corp., MonaVie, TEAM, Orrin Woodward, Chris Brady, Tim Marks, and other parties have reached agreement to resolve all pending legal and arbitration disputes between them. The terms of the agreement are confidential.
I wonder if Orrin will succeed in muzzling his downline from bad-mouthing Amway in the future. At the time of this post’s writing, there hasn’t been any update on Orrin’s blog.
Rocket shares his thoughts on the agreement.
Someone quick! Copy all of those old Woodward posts where he bashes Amway left and right, all while proclaiming that MonaVie is the best thing since sliced bread and Dallin Larsen is the most righteous man in MLM.
November 5, 2010: Here’s what Orrin has to say about the agreement:
I would request anyone who blogged on the various disputes to remove all materials so we can close this chapter of our lives and move forward together. Polly Harteis had an impactful quote at Jerry and Polly’s recent seminar, “Don’t criticize the old, just create the new.” This is excellent advice for all of us in Networking. If a company or team has better ideas, let your actions and results be your best advertisement. God Bless, Orrin Woodward
Orrin of all people knows the importance of studying history. Those who don’t study history are doomed to repeat it? Now, Woodward wants to delete all references to his expulsion from Amway and his subsequent bad-mouthing of the corporation? That doesn’t sound like a freedom-loving kind of dude; more like a Stalinist photographic whitewashing to me.
