MonaVie MVP – Training For International Distributors

June 30, 2011

System consolidation in MonaVie? I just read this post on MonaVie’s Media Center wherein MonaVie MVP, or the “MonaVie Path to A MORE Meaningful Life”, will be “the international system all MonaVie distributors will use to build an international MonaVie business” starting in the first quarter of 2012.

Dallin even got positive-sounding quotes from several of the System leaders, including Brig Hart (R3Global), Orrin Woodward (TEAM), and Randy Haugen (Legacy, formerly TEAM).

With these types of announcements, there’s always got to be some backstory that’s not being told. In this case, what is it? It’s clear from looking at the rank advancement page that most of the growth in MonaVie is occuring overseas. What’s not so clear is how the North American systems are profiting from this growth. Are the pin winners linked to R3Global, TEAM and Legacy, or are they being built with other systems (or none at all)?

Perhaps this is a way to put guaranteed money in the hands of the North American leaders whose businesses might have taken some lumps during the economic crisis. Maybe it’s a way to keep the leaders from looking at other “ground floor” opportunities (hear that, LIFE?).

Readers – what are your thoughts on this development?

If we all try real hard here, we can probably connect the dots. Mona Vie Path to a MORE meaningful LIFE. The MORE to mean MV’s very own MORE project, and the LIFE to mean the new L.I.F.E. system with Team. How quite convienent that the Team will tell you to get on board now with this new L.I.F.E. system before the new MV launch in 2012. I can just hear it now, “Build your business now, and develop leaders to handle the masses that will come later. Oh and by the way, that system that we have been promoting to you and others up until yesterday, it’s no good anymore. Don’t dispare though, we have new cd packs, books, and other tools that will help you explode your business to massive growth.” I have a better idea. Send me a nickel everytime someone has heard the phrase “this will help explode your business to massive growth”. Talk about passive residual income. I could have retired by now. Lol

Steve- great points! I too have experienced the same thing, buy tools over and over, and it will happen again. Interesting that they say INTERNATIONALLY. If they will go to one L.I.F.E. training in the United States, the the question would be, why would Brig go to a system that clearly isn’t producing any results on Team when he is kicking their butts? It makes no sense. Unless Orrin convinced Brig how much money he could make from Orrin’s system? Maybe then Orrin can repeat history and bring in groups that are not in his MV business into Team system and make a huge profit off of them? Now Orrin can have the market around the world selling his in my experience is a residual income lie? Can he also divvy up the world of mv distributors buying his system, to his favorite loyalists and give them a raise? Just like he already did with other leaders teams? I cannot believe that Randy Haugen would buy into this crap!
Another thing….. my guess is down the road Dallin may need to bring in more products, and partner stores in North America, a set up closer to Amway. I’m betting, Orrin will get a BIG HANDOUT in the whole deal, just like always!!!!

Just like this reply given by No Team for Me- under we aren’t doctors….just the other day.

“Dorothy – When the switch was made from Quixtar to MV, many huge leaders were not in Orrin’s downline – Randy Haugen, Jerry Harteis, Billy Florence, Don Wilson, Chuck Goetschel, Claude Hamilton, Mark Crawford, John Sims, Bill Newton, Effie Reid, Roger Sitzler, Chris Mattis, and many more. Of the estimated 25,000 people who were at the big function Orrin had in Kentucky the year of the switch, I’d be surprised if anything over 1/3 were actually in Orrin’s original downline.

Once the switch to MonaVie was made, everyone was placed in strategic positions which happened to reward those who were in Orrin’s original downline and who were the most loyal during the switch.

All of the above leaders and their groups (who were not part of Orrin’s original downline) were sponsored into MonaVie in Orrin’s downline. Therefore all of the above leaders and their groups are now part of Orrin’s MonaVie business. and those who saw the light and left Team, found that many of their downline (while still downline in MonaVie) were solicited to stay with Team and therefore were transferred to other Team loyalists regarding the Team system income.

One of the biggest current growing Team leaders is Chris & Danea Mattis under Roger Sitzler who were placed under Tim Marks as they were not in Orrin’s Quixtar downline. Claude & Lana Hamilton, PC members were actually downline from Randy Haugen. Bill & Jan Newton and Jim & Kathy Paullin were Diamonds in a crossline Dexter group in Quixtar, but are now in Tim Marks downline.

When you look on the Team website, a good percentage of the groups from Canada, Pennsylvania, California, etc were not a part of Orrin’s downline in Quixtar.”

These people built for YEARS, Decades some of them, and it seems Orrin and his loyalists inherited them all , secretly to most of the Team it seems !

I could be wrong, but I’m not so sure MonaVie is fully behind Orrin’s LIFE project. Team CD 582 “A Business Like No Other” by Orrin, Chris & Tim which was released this past year gives a few clues to how loyal Team is to MonaVie.

The CD is a casual discussion between them while they are at Bora Bora (a trip paid for by MonaVie). However, conveniently, they never mention MonaVie by name. They talk repeatedly about ‘the community building industry’ which they are in. And they are in Bora Bora because one of the companies in the community building industry gave them a reward of the trip.

Why would someone not mention the name of a company who gave them a free trip to Bora Bora????

It really gives the impression that they were planning their exit at that time. They never mention MonaVie by name during the whole CD and at several points kind of give the impression that the company and the product really aren’t too important. What’s most important is the community of people you are in with.

I could be wrong, but I have a feeling that once LIFE gets rolling, Team members will gradually stop promoting MonaVie and focus on selling LIFE system products. Just my opinion.

Now L.I.F.E. makes sense (and its not so that it can be used as the MV-wide training system – why would the other top leaders ever agree to give up their tool systems to jump on board with OW??). MV decided they want in on the tool biz and “nudged” the leaders to accept it. The leaders will now use their systems for supplemental training. Its win-win: MV gets more $$ to spread through the ranks, the leaders win because they still keep their systems, and best of all, the field really wins, because now they have the benefit of purchasing MV tools AND LOS specific supplemental training tools! Wow – what a great organization!

You are right Rob, O wouldn’t never agree to giving up his system, if the truth ever be know, I believe that is the very reason he dumped Amway because he KNEW of the systems were in huge trouble with other numerous lawsuits and the BIG issue with the UK, he seen it coming for a long time but didn’t tell anyone that truth that he would go to any lenghts to protect HIS multimillions. So all the rest of the BS he was trying to get others to believe about his heroism, is just that BS.
Hindsight is always 20/20 along with the obvious facts. He will dump Dallin too if he doesn’t get what serves his purpose. So time will tell.

It is also the same reason he did not go with Escape International. They did not want or feel his tool business was the right thing for them, so he went on until he got what he wanted. Be careful what you ask for, you just might get it.
