More MonaVie Black Diamonds Leaving

June 28, 2012

Saw this comment which spoke about more MonaVie Black Diamonds leaving the company (and MonaVie’s response). Mick and Vick Karshner and Rob and Lisa Alwin have departed the purple juice company for other opportunities (ZeekRewards).

Here’s Mick’s video announcing his resignation from his “previous company” MonaVie:

Compare this with the Karshner’s 2009 Black Diamond documentary video:

What will become of all their MonaVie-branded apparel? Certainly MonaVie has taken back their leased Mercedes. Ebay anyone?

Here’s Rob and Lisa Alwin’s Black Diamond Documentary in 2009:

Not sure how long these videos will stay up, so watch it while you can.

Really interesting what one commenter “Jamie Hendrix” wrote-tells the true story of this ‘opportunity”

    http://www.businessforhome.org/2012/06/black-diamond-rob-alwin-resigns-from-monavie/

    (scroll down for Jamie’s post)

“I’m sorry, but if even the top paid folks in MonaVie were losing $ with the economy, those who are in the first several steps are ABSOLUTELY in the hole! For example, with my nearly $250 monthly autoship, the 2-3 big evens I attended each year, the training materials, a couple of t-shirts, business cards, and extra product for tastings I ordered (this is not even counting the TIME, gas, etc. I spent doing tastings 2-4 nights each week and attending open meetings at least every 2 weeks), I came out in the hole 3 years straight! We personally sponsored nearly 100 people; but STILL made very little money! ?

He didn’t provide too many details other than saying (1) the economy tanked and (2) that his previous company started holding back his bonus checks. He then said that — like anybody would have done in a similar situation — he started looking out for his family and finances by looking for other opportunities.

So many poor MLM’s are crashing… but no fear they will continue to pay lip service to they are exploding or just hit a speed bump..lol

If they only practiced what they preached and just had the guts to face the facts, fix the inherit flaws and had the integrity to Be Transparent with the Real Numbers and indicators of a Strong, thriving, growing business like almost all of the publically traded companies show…they may find themselves on to something!

When will they ever learn they have to admit they are losing numbers in droves and fix the core issues….But it seems sticking their head in the sand is their best brain storming they can come up with!

It is way too obvious to the rest of the world; they will do and say what ever it takes to make it ‘appear’ they are ‘exploding’ when everyone knows it is quite the contrary.

It is amazing how self-deceived they keep themselves… Those in their own business look at the growth of their businesses and can see it is going backwards in droves!! Do they think by saying things are growing, makes it so??…I know, I know people aren’t about the money they are about the amazing, miraculous product…all the while they are comparing their bonus from week to week! 😉

Do they not understand people see the TOP as a bunch of people lacking honesty and integrity?…Does it not dawn on them that people are questioning their integrity and honesty and cannot hear the fluff of what they say because they are too busy watching what they do! Who are they fooling with their smooth talking, politically correct bs. GET REAL! Everyone in their own company can see the difference from what they say and do and what the reality is?? Holy Crap…Elementary dear friends!!!

And they wonder why there is ZERO TRUST in the industry and people are speaking out all over the world (not in their favor) in the Industry? Wake up people!….They can only blame themselves…they are taking themselves down with their own lack of facing the truth….Insanity!

what it looks like on micks Facebook is if u were doing other mlms other than monavie, that monavie would only pay u the ECM bonus only. now it looks like if u are doing other mlms u are done. btw isn’t LIEF an mlm? 😉 u know Orrin is still milking that pay from billy randy and mark. and anyone else in team on autoship left.

Littledufflebagboy- Did you see Orrin was in the top income earner list under Monavie 2012! I am still wondering why teamers can break all the rules in MV and still keep their businesses?
Recruiting other people’s personals into LIFE, being in LIFE which IS ANOTHER MLM among other things teamers have done. Ir’s really amazing how the rules never seem to apply to them! Hypocrites!

By the way MV used to have an open door policy, wasn’t Dallin all over the media saying that everywhere when he was in trouble for taking Orrin’s group in from Amway? Didn’t Orrin say it is not right to hold people prisoners, they should be able to freely go and take their groups. Yet if someone like Billy, Randy or anyone else took Orrin’s group, holy crap watch out!
I say what’s good for the goose is good for the gander!
    Orrin is such a hypocrite!

To me, IMHO, the biggest issue with making money in any MLM or network marketing company is the amount of money you have to invest monthly to build your business.
In Monavie my wife and I spent the following
    $375 monthly autoship
    $50 CD’s, books, etc.
    $30 monthly webbsite fees
    $200 + for driving expenses(Gas)
    and then meetings, rally’s, etc.

How about an MLM, with a product that costs less than $20 a month, the website is less than $10, and with virtually unlimited potential because it is affordable by everyone.

Anyone else interested in something like this???
    Or is it just me???

  20. December 11, 2012 7:07 am

Nikolas – How about one who’s products cost are comparative to the open market, >97% are retailed to third party clients and Mike Collins approves the comp. plan? I just might look.

If goods were comparative to the open market they would use the open market.

  22. December 13, 2012 6:25 am

And the open market would not need to use them MLMs! The scourge of predatory, pernicious, puerile, pretend “business” of MLM would be lifted from upon human kind forever. Thus, the day I would hang my glov…I mean keyboard at AMthrax.

Consider how accurate and telling this is,

“The lie which is fundamental to all ‘closed-market swindles’ is that people can earn income by contributing their own money to participate in any alleged ‘profitable commercial activity’ which is secretly an economically-unviable fake, due to the fact that the alleged ‘profitable commercial activity’ has been rigged so that it generates no significant, or sustainable, revenue other than that deriving from its own participants. ” By David Brear.

Ex- Thanks for posting that quote. No reputable product would ever enter into an MLM scheme because if the product was good it would BE ON THE OPEN MARKET!

I too thank you for that. David Brear and his writings are very educational, one of my favorite to read and incredibly accurate from the knowledge I have gained from my experiences. His thoughts, knowledge, amazing way he explains things are very helpful. It is not funny, and not a coincidence that it adds with what is said on here.

I am not sure who he is but I wish I knew him personally. 🙂

Compare costs, compare time, compare productivity, compare reliability of existence. These units should exist in real numbers and for someone not to measure high school or college to to gauge a success is silly. A 4 yr college degree costs about $20K to survive on per year if you get it done thats $ 80 K w/o working and fulltiming it- Lets say the real time is gone of 2000 hrs per yr @ $10 per hour thats a fair $20 K. So if you expect to get a $gold income in Monavie and are not capable of considering a program of continual farmer mentality of planting working harvesting and several sowings- then you should really forget any MLM.

Don;t hate em just dont complain about them- Quizno’a sucks for a franchise compared to McD because it is a huge level better- Are you capable of being good enough- unknown t5ill you are. So it is a good available proven ysytem that may take $250-300 per month for six monts of building and if you don’t sponsor it is already proff your personality cannot do it. It is not a disgrace to fail it is a challenge to succed and not everyone is 6′ and not everyone can afford college. But everyone who wants to do Monaview can try. Yodas says do; lets be real- try the numbers (people & knowledge training hours not the calendar.

T Bohme – Between the incomplete sentences, the rambling and the typos, I’m not sure I fully grasp what the heck you’re trying to say in your rant, but one thing I know for certain…once your earn a college degree, Orrin can’t take it away from you and give it to somebody else! The same can’t be said for LIFE. That being true, it negates ANY other argument you may have in favor of TEAM LIFE.

Anyone heard the rumblings of Brig Hart getting ready to start a new mlm? As of right now, it is just an association ‘USA’. But rumor has it he is laying the groundwork for an official launch of a new mlm in the next year.

Wonder how many more will leave MonaVie once that happens?
