Consumerist Article on the Legal Case

January 18, 2017

For those interested in the state of the legal case between TEAM (Signature Management Team) and this blog, the consumer watchdog site, Consumerist recently posted an article titled, Should Anti-MLM Blogger Be Allowed To Remain Anonymous, Even After Losing In Court?.

It provides a very high-level overview of this long, four year legal case. Be sure to read the briefs from my counsel and the Electronic Frontier Foundation, who filed a brief in support of our side to the court.

Keep up the fight. People need to be able to ask those who were previously involved about what their experiences were. I find it outrageous that an organization who idolizes the founding father wants to silence the any negative press against them. It shows the very hypocrisy that they spew in every meeting.

Thank you for your work. Without the efforts of everyone on here I may still be wrapped in that nonsense business.
