Randy Schroeder Leaves MonaVie and MonaVie’s Year End Company Update Response

January 13, 2015

Former Agel high-level distributor, MonaVie Black Diamond, MonaVie International Master Distributor, MonaVie President of North America & Europe, and MonaVie Black Diamond (again) Randy Schroeder has left the company for another MLM company called ForeverGreen. He apparently sent a letter to other MonaVie distributors that purportedly described financial troubles at the purple juice company; this letter prompted MonaVie CEO Mauricio Bellora and CMO Paul Muehlmann to post this video response as part of the MonaVie’s 2014 year-end company update.

The departure of high-level MLM distributors from MonaVie to other companies is not new. Robert Dean, Brig Hart, the Jeunesse Global group of distributors have all packed up their bags and officially left MonaVie. Then, there are other distributors who don’t seem to be promoting MonaVie as vociferously (or at all) as they have in the past. Has the ship sailed for MonaVie, despite their efforts to reinvigorate the company with Mynt?

Check out Bellora and Muehlmann as they try to pump up the MonaVie faithful in their year-end company update video below:

Finally, go to Lazy Man’s site for an analysis of Forever Green.

“The truth is the truth and it’s good enough”….Wonder where the ‘truth’ has been hiding the last 4 or 5 decades in the MLM industry?! This guy is stating things as if the whole world has always been told about ‘special deals’ etc..

From our experience, we were fed lies, to bad the ‘truth wasn’t good enough then’…

He says: The change in the MV comp plan, was made by (the prior CEO who is no longer there?) but THAT change… was “trying to help the BIG DISTRIBUTORS, THE GUYS WHO MAKE A LOT OF MONEY”, incentivize them to go work internationally?…What is the “incentive for the 99% losing money trying to build all over the U.S.?

Help the big guys. Well, well…shocker..

We were fed the lies.. it was a “level playing field” and “there are no special deals”…”everyone has the same opportunity”…”you can make more money than your upline…the TOP guy (Orrin in our case)…”t is a performance based business”..you get paid ‘fairly’ by your efforts, it’s based on your numbers you bring to the system”….and the lies go on and on and on…

I hope every prospects & distributors… Pays close attention, questions everything and don’t settle for the usual distraction..”I’ll have to get back to you”…”that will be answered at the next event, seminar, book, upline…blah, blah…avoidance of any question is your red flag &
cue to run…because you will never get that questioned answered!

Do your research,…Don’t fall for their ” the internet is full of negative quitters, check Wikipedia and all others sources, talk to people who were there and no longer there..etc
Think for yourself, they are skilled and desperate to hide the truth.

    Back to this video….he says:

“The only way you can be successful is to help others be successful”…
but wait..in the the next breath…he says UNLESS….”lets say you don’t have any Bono’s or special deals or up rank or all the things we….KNOW. could happen”!!!

“then the only way for you to be successful is to help others be successful??!!? Really? So sorry for you suckers that don’t get the special deals, Bono’s, up ranks, or all the other things they know they give out.

Think about that one…So if you don’t get the “special deals”…the guess you lose.

The information withheld on the “special deals” in other mlm’s..
deception, lies, that was, has been and no doubt still is withheld from millions,. is criminal.

Hindsight and common sense tells me there are a number of people who could have saved us and millions of others from being deceived many, many years ago ,,,,that knew about this and so much more..

Knowing what I now know not only strengthens my conviction. I am so grateful to
this site and so many others that are getting this out. The truth will set you free 😉

The CEO admits that MonaVie stopped paying interest on their loan last year but says they have no financial problems in the short term. What? If you have no problems, then why can you not afford to pay the interest on your loan. Apparently Randy was right and there are some serious problems with MonaVie’s financial position.

Also, I will never forget reading in the Salt Lake City Tribune about Orrin receiving the extra $3 million from MonaVie for getting us all to transfer over there. The whole time he was trying to make it sound like he was hurting worse than the rest of us. Wish we would have all gotten that bonus.

I have known Randy since he began at Agel. This is what he does. He stays for a few years, discredits the company he is with, then he can move distributers under his new chosen company and then repeats. I have known him personally, and Randy cares about one thing, one person. Only Randy! He’s a very nice guy and incredibly sincere but he has little true integrity. I’m not saying this to support Monavie, they were once a great company, not anymore.

    Paul,
Perhaps the failure of MV now vindicates my decisions?
You state that you know me.
    Clearly, you do not.

Randy – Question. If you were a betting man, would you think Jeunesse would still carry the MonaVie juice in one year, or just were they just wanting to acquire the distributors and get rid of the product line?

No, ass, the failure of Monavie is what makes you look like a serial con artist. How many people did you rope into Monavie with false promises? The damage and misery you’ve inflicted is difficult estimate with precision, but it is without a doubt considerable. Shame on you!

These comments are absurd. We all went into a network marketing business because we believed in ourselves. We believed we could get it done because others before us did the same. Now everyone wants to point fingers and blame.
    Look in the mirror.
Those who have what it takes will make the decision to try it all over again at a new company, until they get it right.
Stop complaining and go out and do the work.
I was never in Randy Schroeder’s downline, but I believe at the time he joined MonaVie, the company was doing well. Why would someone join a sinking ship.
    Grow up people.

Well perhaps I can shed some first hand light on the past for those still wondering.

Randy, you are a hard working nice guy and it was a pleasure meeting you. I don’t fault you directly for the demise of Monavie, however I will point the finger directly at those involved in the decision to change the marketing plan from R3G to MVP of which you were instrumental. That decision was the beginning of the end, period.

In other words “if it wasn’t broke… why fix it?” What was the motive?

Brig and Lita Hart had a firm and commanding grip on a system that was tried tested and true, spawning an impressive amount of us Black Diamonds in comparison to the other founding members systems.

Monavie was firing on all cylinders and we all were enjoying great success including my downline. There were several distributors beneath me who were poised to overtake my rank given more time which I was hoping to see. That is what happened to me and my upline, I surpassed upline distributors in rank proving this was not a pyramid. The R3Global “7 pillar system” did exactly what it said it would do if you followed the plan and worked it no matter when you signed up, or where you were in the tree.

Then along came the announcement that MVP’s “7 pillar system” would replace R3Globals. Randy Schroeder would be in charge of it’s development and implementation. It was at this point my organization started to show signs of failure.

The only valid reason I could think of to give to my team was Monavie turtled. Instead of forging forward with what was bringing them enormous success, they chose to go internationally with you and a new global vanilla system that would not “offend” people of other countries and beliefs as R3G was strongly Christian based. Not required by Brig and Lita as they welcomed all into their group, however they did not hide nor compromise their beliefs to appease others. That is my testimony as to what happened and how it went down.

The rest is in the history books.
