MonaVie Terminates a Diamond and Buys Two More

June 17, 2009

Fascinating account1 from Larry Hislop, a former-MonaVie Blue Diamond, whose distributorship was recently terminated. The corporation says that he was actively trying to recruit his downline into another MLM; he claims that this MLM was not in direct competition with MonaVie and that his weekly MV income had dropped from $4K/week to $1K/week.

I’ve been receiving several comments from MV distributors roughly saying that business has never been better. If this is the case, how do you explain Larry’s sudden drop in income? MonaVie trots out new Black Diamonds like Robert Dean2 and Randy and Tara Schroeder3 but don’t mention that these people defected from another MLM, bringing many of their distributors over.

I guess MovaVie doesn’t have a problem raiding distributors from other MLMs as long as they join MonaVie!

1 The link to the original comment on PurpleHorror is gone, unfortunately.

2 In less than a year, Robert Dean has quit MonaVie and joined EvolvHealth, selling miracle water.

3 Randy Schroeder resigned his distributorship to become a Master Distributor and International Teacher for MonaVie. Did he do this willingly or did his MV collapse, necessitating this change for Randy?

“Amway/Quixtar” is the best, just before they left for Mona Vie.

“Mona Vie” is the best, just before leaving for elsewhere.

For these MLM leaders, it’s (insert name) is the best opportunity as long as you fund my lavish lifestyle by purchasing training materials.

    Business must be dying badly.

Look closely at the mid-year IDS for 2008 and compare it with the end of year IDS — almost no rank advancement above the BD level and revenue dropped at every level.

They waived the distributor signup fee earlier this year and loosened the requirements for rank advancement. Commonsense would suggest that an idiotic scam like this wouldn’t fare well during such tough econmic times.

    Larry’s story confirms it.

Geez, nobody wants to buy $40.00 bottles of juice?

    Who saw that coming?

Evidently the possibility escaped Orrin Woodward.

Mind you, we all know that he got into an MLM to keep selling motivation, not to sell magic juice.

The TOPGUN (Robert Dean Jr, Founder) Fleecing of it’s downline started way before they left TNI for Monavie by pretty much deflating the moral and momentum of many of their up and coming distributors – without even batting and eye. That’s why when they left – MANY AND MOST – of their leaders did not follow – 1. The Leadership and 2. The move to a sub-standard company.

TNI the original superfruit company suffered some lost in momentum from this Exodus – however – MOST of the well intended, high integrity MLMers and new NON-Traditional MLMers who have flocked to TNI because of its Corporate Model, and most of all its ORIGINAL, EXCEPTIONAL, ONLY DOCUMENTED SUPER FRUIT WITH CLINICAL TRIALS are still here… This type of low integrity drama and HYPE is what most high level professional stay away from this industry…too sad…because with some solid work ethics and professionalism..many people could truly succeed in MLM – if not for the low self esteem…money grubbing nature of some of its so-called TOP PRODUCERS…. If I sound disgusted…I am…but more so dissapointed in the low balling business approach of companies like MONAVIE. Even the BBB has given it one of the lowest rating of all Network Marketing. I guess the BBB cannot be bought…by the highest bidder.
