Offical TEAM Twitter Handle Changed From TheTEAMBiz to Training4_LIFE
I noticed the other day that the official @TheTEAMBiz and @LIFEBizTraining twitter accounts were no more. As of yesterday, the link on the TEAM website pointed to the @theteambiz Twitter account. Today, that same Twitter link (in the upper-right corner) now points to the @Training4_LIFE account.
It appears that TEAM has changed the Twitter username for the account from TheTEAMBiz to Training4_LIFE. It’s curious to note that this isn’t the first time they’ve done that. Here’s a tweet from June 11, 2010, detailing the name change from @TheMonaVieTEAM to @TheTEAMBiz.

Since its inception (and through its various name changes), TEAM has always painted itself as a teaching and training organization for building a big MLM business, be it an Amway, Quixtar, MonaVie, or now LIFE business. It was not described as business for the rank-and-file members, even though TEAM is itself a business. TEAM Director’s and above participate in profit-sharing plan from the sale of tools, books, and seminar tickets.
So, it makes sense for TEAM to change its Twitter from TheMonaVieTEAM to TheTEAMBiz to Training4_LIFE. If Orrin ever decides to shutter The LIFE Business and go to another MLM, you can bet that the official Twitter handle for TEAM will change again!

Here’s who my best man was. He was supposed to be the Godfather of one of our daughters also. Those of you that remember from months past will remember my lengthy post how he cut all ties with me due to my trying to get him to see Forbes Magazine’s post, & when I posted in Facebook how all of this “poison” that TEAM / LIEF dishes out can be achieved the same way by getting involved with your local church, exploring your dreams, etc. He EXPLODED! Even so much to the point where he threatened police action if I tried calling him again. What a shame. The constant name changing is antithesis of what real business does.
Pretty sad when you don’t want your brand recognized, and Orrin Woodward goes through a great deal of effort to ensure that it’s difficult to track down what it’s all about.
If you have to hide your business name, you’ve got big problems.
Can you imagine Wal-Mart, Microsoft,Dell, Subway, McDonald’s, and all businesses sdoing this or have you ever heard of any real business doing this every few years?
Nope they would go out of buisness! It would be billions wasted and millions more to re-brand.

But pretty standard in MLM because most of them have to run and hide after they have blown through town, need to, to stay in business because the vast majority don’t have any real customers! So that makes them millions more just re-naming to reselling- to re-branding…just re-peat and it keeps the TOP REAPING @ Raking in their multi-millions and billions for the industry..
Same stuff…..different year, from Colin. First heard this spew in 03. I remember Woody telling us at a major or maybe Grand Blanc open, I believe, that they were trying to dilute the search engines by going with the “Team” name. Another shift by “Ole Shifty”.
ItsaPauling, how do you / did you know Colin? I knew him from high school. He was very wild, crazy, & daring back then. After a long struggle with alcohol & drugs he got help & totally turned his life around. We reconnected in 2009 when he was doing Monavie @ the time. He even approached everyone he could @ our wedding to trying & upsell the “magic juice”. Never dreamed in a million years that after reconnecting after a 21 year gap that we’d disconnect equally as fast, & over a mere difference of opinion & my not agreeing with what Team / Lief is about. The other thing I thought was very tacky is he’d send dozens of friend requests out to people off of my friends list. I had people asking who the heck he was, & what the heck he was spewing about.
itsapauling- OW actually told you guys the real reason for switching the names? Thats incredible.
Whirlwinded, It’s great to see someone turn their life around and I respect him for that, but I don’t know him. His blog has the same stuff that I heard years ago.
Freedom, believe it was him, seems like it was a special meeting. Maybe it was Brady. Trying to wash the memories.
